TEDxDU set for May 13

More than 1,200 DU staff, students, faculty and community members will attend TEDxDU 2011 — a celebration of radical collaboration — on May 13.

Nearly 900 attendees will gather at the Newman Center for the Performing Arts for an afternoon filled with talks and performances by local and national speakers and musicians. Another 400 will watch a live simulcast in DU’s Driscoll Ballroom at TEDxDU Active, a more casual viewing party hosted by comedian Rob Gleeson.

Registration for both events is closed, but the event will be streamed live at www.tedxdu.com.

The simulcast can also be viewed at DU’s Ruffatto Hall.

More information for attendees of the Newman Center event can be found on TEDxDU (Newman Center) web page.

Information for attendees of TEDxDU Active in the Driscoll Ballroom can be found on the TEDxDU Active page.
