The University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work (GSSW) will host Dr. Aubrey Fine, author of the Handbook on Animal Assisted Therapy. He will present “The Therapeutic Role that Animals Play in the Lives of Children.” Families are welcome to attend together.
The event will be held on Sat., Oct. 15, from 5 p.m.-7 p.m., in the Boettcher Foundation Community Room of Craig Hall, 2148 South High St., on the DU campus. Beverages, hors d’oeuvres, dessert and a book-signing are included.
