University College program ranked a “best buy”

DU’s University College has been named a “best buy” in online master’s programs by GetEducated.com for its Professional Studies in Leadership and Organizations program. 

GetEducated.com is an independent, objective website that provides consumer information about online degree programs. The college’s master’s program was ranked No. 12 in the site’s 2010 survey for overall affordability out of 25 regionally-accredited schools offering 32 distance leadership degrees.

According to GetEducated.com, the average cost of a distance learning leadership degree is $23,077. University College costs approximately $22,080, just behind Regis University in Denver.

Get Educated.com says the No. 1 question it receive relates to affordability: consumers want to know where they can obtain a high quality degree at a reasonable cost. 

University College offers a fully accredited educational experience specifically designed for working adults in online and evening formats.
