A new virtual video tour produced by DU’s Office of Admission aims to give prospective students a taste of life at the University before they ever arrive in Denver.
“Many students are unable or unwilling to visit campus until they have applied and been admitted, so the video tours give them a great glimpse into our beautiful campus and the outstanding academics and opportunities that are available at DU,” says Todd Rinehart, assistant vice chancellor of enrollment and director of admissions.
“The Reel DU: A Video Experience,” introduces prospective students to DU via seven roughly two-minute-long videos.
Current students narrate each video, which focus on academics, athletics, study abroad, campus life, DU’s hands-on approach to learning, music and arts, and living in Denver and Colorado.
