New policy means Denver voters can cast ballots in any of 50 centers

To cast a vote in this year’s general election, Denver County voters can go to any one of 50 voting centers throughout the city on Election Day, Nov. 7. Voters are no longer required to vote at specific locations.

The closest voting center to DU is the Denver Police Department  District 3 station at 1625 S. University Blvd. Voters can cast an early ballot in person Oct. 28–Nov. 3 at six voting center locations, including the District 3 police station.

DU’s Center for Community Engagement and Service Learning will operate polling shuttles for those who want to vote early. Shuttles will leave from the Shwayder Art Building Oct. 30–Nov. 3 at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

On Election Day, a shuttle will depart the art building each hour between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and from the parking lot north of Nelson Hall at 10 a.m., noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
