Festival of Nations celebrates world diversity for 30 years

DENVER— The University of Denver’s (DU) International Student Organization (ISO) will host the 30th Annual Festival of Nations Saturday, April 13 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Richie Center Concourse on the north side of the DU campus. The Festival of Nations is a student-led event intended to support the sharing, celebration, and appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds, customs, and experiences among members of the University and surrounding community.

The family friendly festival will feature all-day entertainment from different groups that will play music, perform traditional dances, and demonstrate ceremonies from all over the world. In addition, several booths from student and non-profit groups will feature displays, decorations and activities with an international focus.

 

The event is free and open to the public.
