Background
Martin Katz is a former partner in the employment litigation group at Davis, Graham & Stubbs, and a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School. Dean Katz’s approach to legal analysis is practical, as well as theoretical. He has taught, written, and lectured on Employment Law and Constitutional Law for more than 14 years. He has also litigated and tried several high profile cases, including a sexual and racial harassment case against a small town sheriff’s department that was featured repeatedly on 9News and DateLine NBC. Dean Katz has made numerous media appearances discussing Employment Law and Constitutional Law issues, both in interview and panel/roundtable formats.
