University of Denver Magazine wins regional awards

DENVER—The University of Denver Magazine has received two awards from CASE, the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education.

The magazine, which is printed three times a year for alumni, parents and others in the DU community, won a gold prize for Excellence in Design and a bronze for College and University General Interest Magazines With a Circulation of 75,000 or more.

The awards were given by CASE District Six, which includes Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. The awards program honors institutions and individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievement in the concept and execution of advancement programs and communications.

“We want every issue of the magazine to keep alumni and parents informed about what is happening on campus and beyond,” says managing editor Greg Glasgow. “It is gratifying to have our hard work recognized by CASE.”

The University of Denver Magazine is sent to alumni worldwide and has a circulation of 110,000.  It is produced by the University’s Division of Communications and Marketing.
